At Zaki7, we are committed to delivering your new favorite pair of shoes quickly and in perfect condition. We currently ship to all locations within India.

1. Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: Your order will be packed and dispatched from our facility within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).
Transit Time: After dispatch, your shoes will be delivered within 2–5 business days.
Metro Cities: 2–3 business days.
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 business days.

Note: During peak seasons or festivals, please allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery.

2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above [₹1499/-].
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes with a convenience fee of [₹XX].

3. Packaging Quality
To ensure your Zaki7 footwear arrives without any scuffs or damage, we ship every pair in a reinforced brand box.

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email. You can use this link to see exactly where your package is and the estimated time of arrival.

5. Important Checklist for Delivery
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your mobile number and pin code are correct to avoid delivery failures.
Unboxing Video: For your safety and ours, we highly recommend recording a quick video while opening your Zaki7 package. This helps us immediately resolve any rare issues regarding size or transit damage.
Size Exchanges: Not the perfect fit? We offer easy exchanges. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for details on how to swap your size within 7 days of delivery.

6. Returns & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the package is not accepted, it will be returned to us. If you would like us to re-ship it, a standard shipping fee will apply for the second attempt
