How high are the heels on your styles, and how is it measured?

We measure our heel heights from the exact center of the heel up to the point where it meets the sole. On our product pages, you will find specific measurements for every style:

Kitten Heels/Low Heels: Under 2 inches
Mid/Block Heels: 2 to 3 inches (ideal for daily office wear)
High Heels: 3 inches and above

How do I know I am ordering the right size?

We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and comparing it against our official Size Guide. If you are typically between sizes or have a wider foot, we generally suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your stride! We offer a 10-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be completely unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tag and lock.
