We want you to love your footwear! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Policy Window
Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Quality Check Requirements
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the footwear must be returned in its original condition. Once your return is received, our team will inspect it for the following:
Product Tags: Must be intact and attached to the footwear.
Security Lock: The lock attached to the side of the footwear must be present and untampered with.
3. Refund Process
Approved Returns: If both the tags and the side lock are present, we will process your refund immediately.
Rejected Returns: If either the product tag or the security lock is missing, the return will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.
NOTE - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
